This foundational course is designed to equip all Unipet employees with the skills to confidently navigate, manage, and use data in their daily work. Participants will learn the importance of accurate data entry, selecting the right software tools, and practicing responsible data handling.

 Emphasis is placed on how these habits contribute to better decision-making and effective cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Through simple frameworks and relatable workplace examples, learners will build essential competencies in managing data correctly, using appropriate digital tools, collaborating via SharePoint, and gaining a basic awareness of good practices around privacy, security, and consistency in data handling.
